These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) are in addition to any other applicable terms and conditions (“Other Terms”) of Foxpak Flexibles Ltd, its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, “Foxpak”) applicable to Packaging (as defined below).
PACKAGING: We warrant that any film and paper packaging materials (the “Packaging”) sold by us will conform to the product specifications set forth on our website pages at which the Packaging was ordered for a period of ninety (90) days from the shipment date (subject to normal usage of the Packaging as intended).
All warranties set forth above extend only to the initial purchaser and are not transferable upon resale. Without limiting the disclaimer below, the above warranties do not apply to any damage or defects to the Packaging caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, accident or improper maintenance, acts of God (e.g., fire, weather, environmental conditions) or intentional damage.
EXCEPT FOR THE ABOVE EXPRESS WARRANTIES, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANT-ABILITY, AND NONE SHALL BE IMPLIED BY LAW.
The Packaging sold by Foxpak under these Terms are intended only for use by commercial entities and businesses in connection with their commercial and industrial packaging and shipment activities. The Packaging is not intended for purchase or use by consumers. By purchasing the Packaging, you represent and warrant that (a) you are a business or a commercial enterprise (or you are acting on behalf of a business or commercial enterprise) and (b) such Packaging will be used only for commercial or industrial purposes, and not for consumer use.
Customer may return or exchange any Packaging subject to these Terms. No claims will be recognized for goods disposed of or returned without written consent, and no shipping costs on returns will be paid unless previously authorized in writing. All sales of Packaging are final unless returned unused and unopened. Packaging must be returned within fourteen (14) business days from shipment to receive a full refund.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 4 weeks. Due to circumstances relating to standard manufacturing processes, there may be events where the lead time extends past 4 weeks. In such a case, this will be communicated by our team.
All Packaging purchased, returned or exchanged will ship via UPS. Customers are responsible for shipping charges related to returns or exchanges. Foxpak is not liable for any delays in shipping.
All applicable taxes and fees will be applied to the transaction between Foxpak and the customer.
Orders cancelled after the manufacturing process has begun will not be eligible for a refund. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at buildr@foxpak.com
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
